Plain words again. These terms cover the use of the Smolder Construction estimate pages at smolderconstruction.com.

The estimate is free and there is no obligation

Sending the form asks us to look at your project and come out for a site visit. It does not commit you to anything and it does not commit us to a price. Every job is priced after we see it in person.

What the pages say is general

Photos are of real jobs we did. Descriptions of how drainage, driveways and backyards work are general and are not a promise about your property. Your soil, grade, access and town rules decide what we recommend, and we tell you that on the visit.

Written proposals govern

Any scope, price, schedule, warranty or payment terms come only from a written proposal or contract signed by Smolder Construction. Nothing on these pages changes a signed agreement.

Your information

How we handle what you send us is in the privacy policy. By sending the form you agree to it.

SMS Terms
